1. About these terms

These terms apply to all purchases made through rednight.com.au (“Red Night”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

2. Age restriction (18+)

We sell alcohol. By ordering you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, that the delivery recipient is 18 or older, and that you are not purchasing on behalf of a person under 18. Your date of birth is collected at checkout and recorded against your order.

The person accepting delivery must be able to prove they are 18 or older. If age cannot be verified at delivery, the order may be withheld and redelivery or return costs may apply.

3. Orders and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Payment is processed securely by Stripe at the time of order; we do not see or store your card details. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable, if we reasonably suspect the purchaser or recipient is under 18, or if the order appears fraudulent.

4. Delivery

We deliver within Australia only. Shipping costs and timeframes are set out on our Shipping & Returns page.

5. Returns and refunds

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Details, including how to make a claim for damaged or faulty products, are on our Shipping & Returns page.

6. Responsible service

7. General

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published at the time of your order applies.
