Shipping & Returns

1. Shipping rates

• 4-Pack orders: $5.00 flat rate, Australia-wide
• Any order containing a slab (24 cans): FREE shipping

We ship within Australia only. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivery typically takes 3–8 business days depending on your location.

2. 18+ delivery requirement

Because your order contains alcohol, the person accepting delivery must be 18 or older and may be asked to show photo ID and sign for the delivery. Orders cannot be left unattended with a person under 18. If age cannot be verified, the carrier may withhold the parcel and redelivery or return costs may apply.

3. Damaged or faulty products

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If your order arrives damaged, leaking or otherwise faulty, email hello@thestillco.com.au within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will replace the product or refund you, including shipping where applicable.

4. Change of mind

Contact us within 14 days of delivery. We can accept change-of-mind returns for unopened products in their original packaging; return shipping is at your cost and refunds are processed to the original payment method once the product arrives back in saleable condition.

5. Missing or incorrect orders

If something is missing or incorrect, contact us and we will make it right with a replacement, redelivery, or refund.
