1. What we collect

When you place an order we collect:

• Your name, email address and shipping address
• Your date of birth (to verify you are 18 or older, as required for alcohol sales)
• Order details (products, amounts, delivery information)

Payment card details are collected and processed by Stripe and never touch our systems.

2. How we use it

• To process and deliver your order, and send order confirmations
• To comply with liquor licensing obligations, including age verification records
• To improve the site using aggregated, anonymised analytics

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing emails unless you have opted in.

3. Who we share it with

Your information is shared only with the services needed to run the store: Stripe (payments), our delivery carriers (name, address, and the 18+ delivery requirement), our email provider (order notifications), and our hosting/analytics provider (Vercel). Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy. We may disclose information where required by law, including to liquor licensing authorities.

4. Storage and security

Order records are stored securely by our payment processor. We keep records only as long as needed for legal, accounting and licensing purposes.

5. Access and contact

You may request access to, or correction or deletion of, your personal information (subject to records we must keep by law) by emailing hello@thestillco.com.au. This policy is maintained in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
